ForwardFlow is an AI-powered shipping management platform that helps businesses manage shipments and keep their clients informed through an AI assistant and WhatsApp integration. The Service includes shipment tracking, client management, team collaboration tools, and automated client notifications.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ForwardFlow is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

• We never sell your data. Your shipment data, client information, and any other data you provide is never sold to third parties — period.
• You can export your data at any time. You have the right to request a full export of your data. Contact us and we will provide your data in a standard, machine-readable format.
• We only share data with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and Twilio for WhatsApp messaging) as necessary to operate the Service.
