  • Shipment data — shipment details, tracking information, and related records you create in the Service.
  • Client information — names, phone numbers, and other details of the clients you add to manage shipments.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send shipment notifications to your clients via WhatsApp.
  • Power AI features including the shipping assistant and WhatsApp bot.
  • Improve the Service and develop new features.
  • Communicate with you about your account and the Service.

3. What We Never Do

We never sell your data. Ever.

Your shipment records, client information, and any other data you provide to ForwardFlow will never be sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data exists solely to power the Service you signed up for.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share your data with third parties when strictly necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — to process subscription payments securely. Stripe receives only the payment information necessary to complete transactions.
  • Twilio — to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf. Twilio receives only the message content and recipient phone numbers needed for delivery.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (such as billing records). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Export

You can request a full export of your data at any time.

Contact us at support@forwardflow.app and we will provide a complete export of your data in a standard, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) within 5 business days. This includes all shipment records, client information, and account data.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, passwordless authentication to eliminate password-related vulnerabilities, and regular security reviews. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your information and will notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a data breach.

8. Cookies

ForwardFlow uses essential cookies only — those required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that track you across websites.

9. Children's Privacy

ForwardFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
